PP Hollow Construction Formwork Production Line Working Principle:

• 1. Mixing & Feeding: PP pellets and additives are automatically mixed and fed into the extruder hopper.
• 2. Plasticizing & Melting: Inside the extruder barrel, the material is heated, compressed, and melted into a homogeneous fluid.
• 3. Shaping: The molten plastic is forced through the die head, acquiring the shape of a hollow board.
• 4. Sizing & Cooling: The profile enters the vacuum calibrator, where its shape is fixed and the surface is cooled. It then passes through the water bath for complete cooling.
• 5. Pulling & Cutting: The haul-off unit pulls the profile at a constant rate. The flying cut-off saw then cuts it to the required length.
• 6. Stacking: The finished boards are automatically stacked and are ready for quality inspection and packaging.
