1. The mixer is responsible for mixing PVC resin, fillers and various additives evenly to ensure the quality of raw materials.
2. The PVC water pipe extruder extrudes the mixed raw materials into a pipe shape. In this process, a conical twin-screw extruder or a single-screw extruder is usually used.
3. The vacuum shaping box is used to cool and shape the extruded pipe to ensure its dimensional accuracy.
4. The tractor is responsible for pulling the pipe through the production line.
5. The cutting machine cuts the pipe according to the preset length.
