PVC Cable Trunking Production Line

The equipment required for the PVC cable trunking production line mainly includes raw material pretreatment equipment, PVC cable trunking extrusion machine, mold system, cooling and shaping system, traction and cutting equipment, auxiliary and control system and optional post-processing equipment.

PVC Cable Trunking Production Process:

1. PVC mixer is used to evenly mix PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, filler (such as calcium carbonate), etc.

2. PVC single screw extruder is commonly used for PVC processing, and the screw design needs to adapt to the thermal sensitivity of PVC (L/D ratio is generally 20:1~25:1).

3. Vacuum shaping box absorbs the molten profile into the shaping mold through vacuum negative pressure, and quickly cools and shapes it (usually water cooling). Cool gradually in stages to avoid rapid shrinkage and deformation (water temperature can be controlled in stages, such as 50℃→30℃→normal temperature).

4. Caterpillar Haul-off provides stable traction, and the speed is synchronized with the extruder to prevent the profile from stretching and deformation.

5. Automatic cutting machine cuts according to the set length (such as 2m/4m), usually using a circular saw or flying saw (dust-proof design is required to avoid accumulation of PVC debris).

6. Auxiliary system includes a PLC automatic control system that integrates temperature, speed, vacuum and other parameter controls, as well as a waste recycling device that crushes scraps to reduce raw material loss.
