The PVC edge banding tape extruder features specially designed screw and barrel combinations with a gradual compression screw design (optimized ratio 2.8:1), dual-channel temperature control system for precise zonal heating, maximum extrusion speed up to 25m/min, and is equipped with melt pressure sensors and closed-loop temperature control.

The precision die adopts a short flow path design (only 180mm), dead-zone-free flow channel structure ensuring smooth material flow, adjustable die lips (±0.05mm precision), and quick color change system to reduce material switching time. The 3D adjustable shaping system offers customizable water tank length (standard 6m), mechanical height adjustment range ±50mm, lateral adjustment range ±30mm, and automatic water temperature control (15-35℃ adjustable).

The intelligent traction device uses servo motor drive with speed control accuracy ±0.5%, dual-track traction with adjustable pressure, maximum traction speed 30m/min, and tension control system.
