PVC window profile extrusion line mainly consists of raw material processing, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping, and post-processing.

Raw material system: high-speed mixer (hot/cold mixing) realizes uniform premixing of PVC resin, stabilizer, and filler; dryer handles hygroscopic raw materials.

Extrusion host: PVC twin-screw extruder (mainstream, L/D ratio 18~25) is responsible for melt plasticization, and temperature zoning is precisely controlled (160~200℃).

Mold and shaping: The die gives the profile cross-section shape, and the vacuum shaping die ensures dimensional accuracy through water cooling + adsorption.

Auxiliary equipment: traction machine synchronous traction, cutting machine fixed length cutting, stacker automatic material collection, vacuum pump and online detector to ensure stability.

PVC window profile production line produces high-strength, aging-resistant profiles through precise equipment and process control. It is widely used in the fields of construction, industry and home, and continues to upgrade towards environmental protection and intelligence.

PVC Window Profile Production Line Process Flow:

The production process of PVC window profile extrusion begins with material formulation, where a precise blend of PVC resin, stabilizers, CPE/ACR processing aids, and calcium carbonate is designed. The mixture undergoes hot mixing at 110°C to ensure homogeneity, followed by cold mixing to reduce the temperature below 40°C. The prepared material is then aged for 24 hours to achieve optimal maturation.

During extrusion and molding, the molten PVC is forced through a die to form the initial shape of the profile. It is immediately cooled in a vacuum calibration mold to rapidly solidify the structure while maintaining dimensional accuracy. The profile then enters multi-stage water tanks for gradual cooling, transitioning from 60°C to ambient temperature, which minimizes internal stresses and prevents deformation.
