UPVC CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line

UPVC CPVC pipe extrusion line is a complex equipment system that integrates raw material processing, melting and plasticizing, molding and shaping, cooling and cutting. UPVC CPVC pipe production line includes extruder, mold, cooling system, tractor, cutter and a stacking device. Each link works closely together to achieve efficient and stable production.

The production process usually starts with raw material pretreatment. UPVC particles need to be mixed with additives such as stabilizers and lubricants according to the formula, and dried if necessary to avoid moisture residue.

Subsequently, the raw materials enter the UPVC CPVC pipe extruder and gradually melt and plasticize through the rotary extrusion of single screw or a twin screw and multi-stage heating (160-200°C) to form a uniform melt.

The melt is pushed to the mold (die head). The precise coordination of the diverter shuttle, the core mold and the die in the mold determines the inner and outer diameters and wall thickness of the pipe. The flow channel design needs to avoid melt retention to prevent material degradation.

The formed UPVC CPVC pipe then enters the vacuum shaping water tank, where the outer wall of the pipe fits the shaping sleeve through negative pressure adsorption (the vacuum degree is usually -0.08 to -0.1 MPa); and the circulating water cooling system (water temperature 15-25℃) quickly removes heat to ensure that the pipe is solidified and shaped and reduces internal stress.

The tractor pulls the pipe at a uniform speed through a crawler or belt, and its speed must be synchronized with the extrusion speed to prevent stretching and deformation.

The cutting machine automatically completes the precise cutting of the pipe according to the preset length (such as 6 meters), and the circular saw or planetary cutting method can ensure the smoothness of the cut.

Finally, the stacking device stacks the finished pipes neatly through mechanical arm or flipping mechanism.
