UPVC Profile Making Machine

UPVC profile making machine is used to produce PVC UPVC material door profiles and window profiles, etc. UPVC profile extrusion line includes: extruder, mold, cooling system and cutting equipment to ensure high efficiency and high quality production process. The PVC window profile extrusion production line adopts imported AC frequency conversion or DC speed regulation drive, as well as imported brand temperature controller, which ensures the uniformity and low shear rate of the plasticizing process, thereby improving the output and service life of the product.

Working Principle of UPVC Profile Making Machine

1. First is the batching stage, where UPVC, heat stabilizers, fillers, lubricants, processing aids, light stabilizers, pigments and other materials are mixed according to a specific formula. These raw materials are added in a certain order in the mixer, and the quality of the mixture is affected by the order of addition, mixing time, temperature and mixer speed.

2. Next is the extrusion stage. The extruder is the core equipment for UPVC profile manufacturing. The UPVC profile extrusion machine uses external heating and the shear force of the screw to plasticize the PVC powder into a molten state. There are single-screw and twin-screw types of extruders. Twin-screw extruders are divided into conical twin-screws and parallel twin-screws. Choose the appropriate UPVC profile extruder model according to different production needs.

3. The molten PVC material is then formed into the desired profile shape through a mold and then enters a vacuum setting mold. In the vacuum setting mold, the profile is cooled by circulating water to fix its shape.

4. The traction machine provides continuous pulling force to continuously pull the profile out of the die head until it reaches the fixed-length cutting process, usually cutting it into a 6-meter-long profile.

5. Finally, the UPVC profile needs to go through a stabilization period of at least 24 hours to ensure dimensional accuracy and complete cooling of the material.
