Vacuum Calibration Table Video

The vacuum calibration table (or vacuum sizing tank) is a critical component in a profile extrusion line. Its primary functions are:

Sizing: uses a vacuum to pull the molten extrudate against precisely machined, water-cooled sizing plates or molds. This gives the profile its final dimensional shape and accuracy.

Cooling: submersion-cools the profile to solidify it into its final form.

Stabilization: provides a stable, low-friction path for the profile to travel from the die to the puller.
