What is PVC Profile
PVC profile is a type of special-shaped materials made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin through extrusion molding. PVC profiles are corrosion-resistant, heat-insulating, sound-insulating, and low-cost, and are widely used in construction, home furnishing, industry, and other fields.
Type of PVC Profiles:

PVC Profile Production Line Composition:
1. PVC high-speed mixer: uniformly mix PVC resin, stabilizer, lubricant, filler (such as calcium carbonate), etc.
2. PVC profile extrusion line (single/twin screw extruder): melt and plasticize the mixture through heating and screw extrusion, and extrude it into shape through a mold.
3. Vacuum shaping table: vacuum adsorption shaping of the extruded high-temperature profile, and cooling with water cooling or air cooling system.
4. Haul-off unit: tract the profile at a uniform speed to ensure dimensional stability.
5. Automatic cutting machine: cut the profile according to the set length.
