They are also increasingly being used in overall decoration of living rooms and bedrooms.

Features of PVC Wall Panels:

1. Waterproof and Moisture-proof: This is its core advantage. Completely waterproof, it won’t mold or rot, making it ideal for damp environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, and basements.

2. Easy Installation: Typically installed using a snap-on method or direct pasting, it doesn’t require a high-quality wall surface; even slightly uneven surfaces can be installed. Construction is fast, using a dry method, significantly shortening the construction period.

3. Wear- and Scratch-resistant: The surface has high hardness, making it more resistant to bumps and scratches than wallpaper.

4. Environmentally Friendly: Good quality PVC wall panels do not contain formaldehyde, benzene, or other harmful substances. However, it’s important to note that inferior products may use stabilizers containing heavy metals; choose reputable brands when purchasing.

How are PVC Wall Panels Manufactured?

PVC Wall Panel Extrusion Line

PVC wall panel manufacturing utilizes our company’s PVC wall panel extrusion line. The core principle is: after mixing PVC resin powder with various additives, it is melted and plasticized in the extruder by the heat generated by electric heating and screw shearing. Then, under high pressure, it passes through a mold of a specific shape (die) to form the required wall panel cross-sectional shape. Finally, after cooling, shaping, drawing, and cutting, the final product is obtained.

PVC Wall Panel Extrusion Line Process Flow:

1. Formulation and Mixing: Raw materials are added to a high-speed hot mixer according to the formulation → after uniform mixing, the mixture is placed in a cold mixer for cooling.

2. Extrusion and Plasticization: The cooled mixture is fed into the extruder via a feeder → melted and plasticized under the conveying, shearing, and external heating of the screw.

3. Die Forming: The uniformly plasticized PVC melt passes through the die to form the preliminary wall panel shape.

4. Shaping and Cooling: The preform undergoes preliminary shaping and cooling through a vacuum shaping die → then enters a cooling water tank for complete solidification.

5. Traction Cutting: The traction machine pulls out the wall panel at a constant speed → the cutter cuts it to a fixed length.

6. Stacking and Packaging: The stacker crane automatically stacks the panels → manual or automatic packaging.
